Time to Vent
OK, no one is picking up there phone so I have no one to vent to so I am writing on my blog! I just have to say I love being a Navy wife and am so proud and love my husband very much..but these government offices are getting on my last nerve! First it takes them it seems like a month to do anything or get anything done! Or they lose the paper work and blame it on you and then make you fill it out again! Then when I the wife call to see if they are processing the paper work this time to keep on top of it, they talk to me like I'm stupid and tell me that my husband has to be the one who calls for any information! I must say this makes me feel like I don't matter at all, I'm his wife why can't I know about information that is about BOTH of us not just him? Aaron has never been the one to be very organized so I have always been the one to fill out important papers make important phone calls make sure things are going right and now i can't it is driving me crazy! Aaron sometime takes forever to do things so that just makes it worse. i just hate when I call an office hoping they will help me or at lest treat me with respect..and they treat me like I'm stupid and tell me that my husband is the only one who can have information...i guess God is up there laughing in his loving way right now because he is trying to teach me that now i can't take care of everything because I really can't take care of anything is a way to take some of the stress away from me and knowing that He will take care of it in his time not mine..Sigh...This is very hard but I think I just need to relax whatever that means, lol ;)

10 things I have learned about being a military wife....
1. It is the hardest job there is
2. Pray for your husband!!!!
3. When your husband comes home from school...give him at lest 30 mins before asking about anything :)
4. Military wives can get anything done when it comes done to it..even if that means calling 12 different gov. offices to find lost paper work that the Navy lost!!!
5. there is no stronger bond than between military wives
6. We take care of each other, no matter what, even if that means getting White LaMesa paint for the door that a child has colored on with perment marker 30min before they are moving out of the house!!
7 We can clean the house, go to work, cook dinner, wash all the dishes, fix the car, calm a child, all while her husband is gone.
8.We take care of each others children as if they are our own
9.We learn to talk in Codes and know what eachother is talking about
10.We always have the war , and will my husband have to go?in the back of our minds but you can't let it drive you crazy with worry all the time
But the most important thing I have learned is that these women in my life are some of the strongest women i know and would be there for me all the time I love them so much!

Family coming!

We have made it though over 2 months of living in Seaside! The time is flying by, we like living here in Seaside but it's not home, and some times we do get a little homesick, but home is where you make it. We have found a church that we really enjoy, and have made some great friends, all of the couples have children..which makes me very baby crazy!! Aaron and I can't wait to have a baby soon.
Aaron is going to school and it is very difficult but he is doing so well and has learn alot of words ( which i know none of).
We have tried to go to some places around where we live. We would like to see as much of CA as we can before we leave. We have been to San Jose Mission which was very pretty, we have also been to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the largest Aquarium, I have ever been to it was awesome so much to see and do! We have also been down to Cannery Row a few times, Fisherman's Wharf, and Carmel by the Sea. The next place i would like to see is the Carmel Mission and go up to San Francisco. We were going to go to San Francisco a few weeks ago but Aaron pulled a muscle during PT and just didn't feel like going. He's doing much better now though.
Aaron's sister Ashley is in Ca visiting her boyfriend and after spending a few weeks with him and his family she is coming to see us for a weekend so that will be fun to show her around out new home. My mom and dad are getting to come fourth of July weekend which works out great because Aaron has off! We are planning on going to Yosimite National Park! I'm so excited Aaron and I have never been there so it will be so exciting to see it! Everything is going well so far will update again!
